The Mental Health and Wellbeing Client Management System (MHWCMS) Implementation Program is to support the Mental Health Royal Commission Recommendation 62 to implement modern infrastructure for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems in Mental Health for Victoria. The MHWCMS will support the reform aims of enabling efficient and safe transfer of care across the sector and will centralise relevant data to enable the department to establish a new State-wide electronic Mental Health and Wellbeing Record.
