Description
Gippsland Water are currently undertaking a multi-year Digital Transformation program that aims to fundamentally change the way it operates. The program includes the implementation of an Oracle Integrated Enterprise Management System (Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning). This contract is with an experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP), that specialises in the Oracle product suite to provide management and support services for the following functional areas: Core Finance (ERP, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Management, Project Portfolio Management) Human Capital Management (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Time and Labor, Workforce Scheduling, Aurion Payroll) Enterprise Performance Management (EPM planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling) Oracle Field Services Cloud (works and inspections management, works resource scheduling and resource consumption) Oracle Integration Cloud (two-way integrations within Oracle Cloud and to external and on-premise software) The objective is to enhance business operations, achieve efficiencies, and ensure the continuity of critical services. The MSP must also focus on delivering a positive end-user experience and support the transfer of knowledge to Gippsland Water as part of the agreement.
