Description
Peninsula Health currently operates an environment which hosts the organisations population of virtual servers. This environment is currently based on the following hardware and software: • EMC VNX and VNXe Storage • Cisco Blades and Blade Enclosures • VMware vSphere ESXi version 6.5 plus several older version 5.5 hosts Peninsula Health are now looking for a suitable replacement infrastructure for hosting virtual servers. The new system will have the following features: • The latest version of VMWare vSphere ESXi will be used to host virtual machines using the organisations existing licenses. • The new system will be based on the Cisco UCS X-Series Modular System for compute and Pure Storage at the storage level. • The new system will be connected to Peninsula Health’s existing Cisco ACI network. This Statement of Work outlines the scope of the expected work required to design and implement a new VMware/Cisco/Pure solution to host Peninsula Health’s current fleet of virtual servers.
