A PPM package is a software/ application solution designed to assist managers and teams in planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects across a portfolio in a coordinated manner from ideation to completion. This solution should centralise the management of projects to facilitate the achievement of organisational objectives through structured resource management and considered benefits, risks, and contingencies.
