Description
Background: The Lotteries Commission of Western Australia (trading as Lotterywest) is Western Australia's state owned and operated Lottery. Through the Request for Tender (LW24007), Lotterywest sought to replace its current Gaming and Supports System contract, inclusive of Point-of-Sale Retailer Operator Terminals and Peripheral Devices, and associated technology, infrastructure and support services. In addition, Lotterywest was willing to consider Offers for a separate element to replace its current Digital Solution, including front-end web and apps for Lotterywest's online sales channel; however, this was an optional requirement and at Lotterywest's discretion. Scope of the Contract: The scope of this Contract includes the delivery of: A Gaming Solution (lottery core gaming system, core gaming system interfaces and lottery point of sale devices) and associated Services ; and A Digital Solution (player website and player applications) and associated Services.
