The Customer is seeking to procure a modern Jobs Board platform to be delivered as Software-as-a-Service using low code and no code delivery principles (the Solution). The Jobs Board will be a centralised, publicly accessible platform that will enable job seekers to search vacancies, explore individual agency information, and access sector-wide recruitment initiatives. It will operate as the gateway to agency recruitment systems, directing job seekers to the appropriate candidate management systems (CMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) where they will submit and complete their applications.
