Description
The Western Australia Police Force Communications Centre facilitates the answering and management of Emergency calls, including 000, 131444, and priority incident Radio Dispatch. These calls are recorded using 'Redbox' branded recorders. The WA Police Force require support and maintenance of five 'Redbox' branded recorders and their associated software located in the Perth Metropolitan and Peel region. Additionally, the WA Police Force require the supply, implementation, and support and maintenance of Voice Recording Instant Replay (VRIR) capability to allow Call Agents to replay their recent calls.
